From the date of purchase, our usual manufacturing time is 2 - 3 weeks. If we think the build time will be longer, we'll do the best we can to communicate this to you as early as possible.

Our coffee carts are very high quality, and are therefore very low maintenance. Depending on how heavily you use your timber bench top, this is usually the only part that requires maintenance. If you're a heavy user, you may find that the timber bench top requires sanding and re-coating after a couple of years. We offer this as an additional service.

All our coffee carts are made in Lilydale, Melbourne. Our factory is located at the entrance to the beautiful Yarra Valley, and within easy delivery distance to all of Melbourne and most of Victoria. Unfortunately we don't have a showroom to view our products, although we are working on this for the near future. If you have a particular product, colour, size etc that you're interested in, then please send us an enquiry, call or send a message on the online chat. We have photos or videos of a similar product we've built in the past.

Our standard coffee carts are primarily designed for residential use, allowing you to create a cafe experience within your own home. We also make commercial coffee carts, which are made with commercial grade materials intended for heavy use. Our commercial grade coffee carts are Price On Application. Please send us an enquiry or book an online appointment so that we can begin designing a specific unit to your commercial needs.

Our coffee carts have high quality castors on the bottom which make them easy to move into position. Please note that the castors are designed to be moved on a flat surface. If your flooring is brick, slate or uneven, they will be harder to wheel into position. due to the high quality of our carts, they are heavy. If you are needing to lift you cart into position, we recommend 2 - 4 people depending on the size of the cart you ordered.

All our food display units are made to order, which means that each unit has its own character and is one of a kind.

Please allow approx 2 - 3 weeks for your wine holder to be made.

We also make commercial grade food display units, which are made with commercial grade materials intended for heavy use. Our commercial grade units are Price On Application. All our food display units are sealed with a food grade coating, meaning it's safe to put food directly onto the timber. The coating also means that it's also really easy to clean, and most times it can just be wiped clean with a wet sponge. Please remember that this is a timber product, and therefore excess amounts must be avoided. Please ensure your sponge is only damp, not soaking wet.

Usually we deliver our goods on Saturdays or Sundays. If you require your delivery on a different day, please reach out to us and we will do the best we can do accommodate your needs. We can arrange delivery on different days, but this will depend on our business requirements for each week. For delivery Monday - Friday, please put a note in your checkout cart when placing your order. We'll work hard to fill your request.

Everything that's made in house in Melbourne, is delivered by us in person. We currently deliver to Victoria wide, FREE OF CHARGE. We can also deliver interstate - Please send us an enquiry and we'll send you a quote for interstate delivery.
